The flagship Sanden Quantum press line offers an unparalleled level of engineering in a proprietary UV design, permanently raising the bar on quality, make-ready, and speed standards. The Quantum Express combines a state of the art PLC controlled operating system with a new ergonomic design, a highly responsive ink train configuration and a rigorous 1350 fpm platform. The standard web widths are 21" to 24", with a print insert range of 14" to 28" in circumference.

VARIABLE HARD CYLINDER PRINTING UNIT
|
Printing units offer tool-less insert removal and an easy side-load design that uses a transfer cart/rail system for loading and removal of its 3-cylinder printing inserts. These are available with variable repeats from 14" to 28" in 1/4" or 1/3" increments.

VARIABLE PROCESSING UNIT
|
Single or multiple positions for die-cutting, pattern, cross, and linear perforating, file and line hole punching. The inserts employ the same easy side-load design and a transfer cart/rail system as the hard cylinder printing inserts for rapid change capabilities.

PRESS DELIVERY OPTIONS
|
Presses can be equipped with sheeter, folder, rewind or all three in combination with fast change-over design.
