Masterplaten 1060 ST platen foil stamping machine is another masterpiece of QAM after Masterplaten 920 YMI-II. This machine combines design experience in production and the advantages in Masterplaten 920 YM I-II and do a lot creating design. Masterplaten 1060 ST is a machine of wide range foil stamping, which has transversal and longitudinal two directions foil feeding function. The machine introduces into the international market advanced feeding system, it enhances the stability of feeding. . Utilizing an automatic control system allows automatic adjustment, increasing convenience for the operator.

Beside the automatic control system, the pneumatic control system is used, including the vacuum feeding system, pneumatic side guides, pneumatic chase and cutting plate lock-up device, pneumatic jogger, pneumatic sample picking, as well as pneumatic additional delivery, etc.

The theory of design improved the convenience of operation and adjustment through a more reasonable layout of operational parts. The machine is designed according to the CE and added a safety model.

Cross foil pay-off system



Cross foil pay-off system driven by servo motor for the maximal saving of foil. Foil rewinding rollers located at operation side for the ease and convenience of machine operation.

Delivery brush rollers



Delivery brush rollers for longitudinal direction foil can be used for different width foils. And blasting nozzles for oil operation and the other operation parts are marked out more clearly for easy operation.

MABEG feeding system (optional)



MABEG feeding system with high speed feeder head automatically adjusts its position in machine direction and height in accordance with the position of the feederpile. Automatic adjustment of feeder pile position in transversal direction.

Pneumatic lock-up system



Pneumatic lock-up system for easy and quick operation while pulling out and pushing in a honeycomb chase and support plate.

Pneumatically side lays (optional)



Pneumatically controlled pull and push side lays eliminate mark on paper stock.

Revolving pressing sheet device



Revolving sheet hold-down press bar provides more room for operation in the in-feed area and effectively prevents sheet from scratching.

The delivery



Pneumatic jogger facilitates job changeover of different sheet size at delivery. Brush damper system with pressure adjustment from the outside of machine without interrupting machine running. Air blowers in machine and cross directions greatly help sheets discharge from grippers on delivery pile. Pneumatic system for job check-up and stamping of finished sheets.

The foil rewinder (optional)



Foil rewinder with 6 rewinding rollers with pneumatic control for the mounting of and dismantle of paper core on and off rewinding rollers.

Vacuum Feeding system (optional)



Feed table with vacuum suction for smooth and stable in-feed of paper stock. The simple and clean structure with minimal number of accessories marks job setup and operation of machine much easier than conventional design.
