Automatic Feeder
The feeder is made of lightweight aluminum alloy with hard coat anodizing finish and designed with ease of adjustment to suit various paper stocks. There are four detectors provided to prevent the feeder from damage if the feeder pile accidentally ascends beyond the safety point.
Feeding system
The feeding table conveys the sheets for smooth and stable in-feed of paper stock. The simple and clean structure with minimal numbers of accessories marks job setup and operation of machines much easier than the conventional design.
The transmission of the feeding table adopts the timing belt, complete with a series of transport wheels and brushes.
Air Clutch
Specially designed air clutch construction for smooth transmission and reduced vibration.
New brake system to reduce waiting time when machine stops at high speed.
Platen Section
The new platen is made with special heavy- duty castings and high tensile strength materials. It can increase strength by at least 25% to ensure long life and vibration free impression.
The platen and cutting chase are machined to have excellent flatness and parallelism between them so that the time it requires to pitch a new cutting die is considerably reduced.
Quick locked Cutting Chase (optional)
The chase can be operated conveniently with less effort, cutting down setup time.
Cutting Plate
New design for Cost-Saving with 3.0 mm cutting plates combined with fine adjustable movement.
A centre system allows the quick set-up of the die-cutting board in the cutting chase.
Patented Gripper Bar
Gripper bars are made of lightweight, low inertia; high rigidity and abrasion resistant aluminum alloy with hard coat anodizing finish, featuring consistent and accurate registration in high speed die cutting, embossing.
Specially designed gripper bar chains give 45% more strength for high speed operation and accurate sheet registering.
Stripping Section
The stripping station is composed of an upper frame, stripping board and lower frame, which incorporates the midline centre system for quick set-up. The upper frame can be lifted to disengage from the machine when a job lot doesn't require stripping.
Stripping frames are made of lightweight, ultra rigid and high impact resistant aluminum alloy for easy operation and high efficiency of the stripping function.
Electric and Safety Devices
The electric designed base on the Mitsubishi PLC monitoring and self-diagnostic system with information display screen. Electronic detectors on the entire machine ensure the highest safety of equipment and operators. All electronic and electrical parts are CE or UL approved.
High-speed indexing device
This high-speed index device has a large transfer torque, high positioning accuracy and excellent durability, making high-speed operation possible and allowing for longer operating times.
This indexing device also consists of a torque limiter that stop the gripper bars immediately and disengages the electromagnetic clutch of the main motor to stop the machine when an overload occurs due to machine or operator fault.
Pressure Vision
This added function can detect the pressure of platen automatically and avoid the machine from damage due to overload.
