The Masterplaten 1020 SE platen foil stamping machine is another masterpiece of QAM after Masterplaten 920 YMI-II. This machine combines design experience in production and the advantages of Masterplaten 920 YMI-II. Masterplaten 1020 SE is a machine of wide range foil stamping, which has transversal and longitudinal two directions foil feeding function. The machine introduces into the international market, an advanced feeding system, which enhances the stability of feeding. Utilizing an automatic control system allows automatic adjustment, increasing convenience for the operator.
Beside the automatic control system, the pneumatic control system is used, including a vacuum feeding system, pneumatic side guides, a pneumatic chase and cutting plate lock-up device, pneumatic jogger, pneumatic sample picking, as well as pneumatic additional delivery.
The theory of design improved the convenience of operation and adjustment through a more reasonable layout of operational parts. The machine is designed according to the CE and added a safety model.
